As you can tell by my username I am not a publicity hound. But I have to stop and thank Duane Buziak. I know he is the maestro but I didn't know he also saves money on title fees too. Wow. I compared over 7 different title companies and it wasn't even close. Talk about someone going the extra mile. Best rates lowest fees, and then he sent me a title company that I swear to God charged almost nothing for title fees. Amen. He goes above and beyond anyone. I had purchased 4 homes before this, never had a smoother, easier, less painful experience. And the savings, they are very real. If you are not using Duane Buziak for your mortgage, why?

I would like to say without any hesitation Duane from Coast to Coast has the best customer service I’ve had working with. Every question I had was answered in a way to explain/teach me rather than just be annoyed (like most people do).
